A big THANK YOU goes out to Cal- Air Mechanical. Yesterday one of my clients had no heat and they had called another company in town. They were suppose to be on a "preferred" program. In which they paid extra money for. After being told it would be mid afternoon and then when they called at 3:00, they were told they were last on the list. Dell went out and fixed their unit!!! They didn't have to extra pay for the service!

Upon needing an A/C replacement, I happened to ask around and was referred to this husband & wife operation. My mechanic told me that Dell was his go-to guy for his business and home service.
Del came out in short notice, bid the job right, and had it installed the third day. Because I grew up the son of a noble A/C repairman, I knew a quality professional install when I saw it.

I called Cal-Air after the suggested American Standard rep in Columbia was too busy installing fireplaces, couldn't make appointments, and had a rude office manager. After 5 minutes of talking with Cal-Air, I knew I had the right person for the job. Everything was top notch after that. Service from the office to the installer was TOP NOTCH. I was eager to fork over the cash. They even provided serial numbers and information for registration and warranty. ...10 years on the A/C, 20 years on the furnace. THEN..they gave me information to call American Standard and up the warranty to transfer in case I ever sold the home, $99. Again, I was happy to fork over the cash. I am forever an advocate of their company. Thanks
