Dell Finney

Owner/ operator

Dell started in the HVAC business over 25 years ago. Dell continues to train and expand his Hvac and Plumbing knowledge. He looks forward to serving our community with all their heating-cooling and plumbing needs for generations to come.

Brittani Finney

Co-Owner and Office Manager

Brittani joined the business in 2011. Working along side her husband to help expand the business and focus on marketing and providing the best customer service.

Josh Murray

Lead Service and Install technician/ plumbing tech.

Josh joined Cal-Air Mechanical in October of 2017. Josh is a great asset to the Cal-Air team, and has a vast knowledge in the HVAC field.

An Idea Is Born

In 2005,after many years working for other companies in the HVAC field. Dell decided to venture out on his own, and open his own heating-cooling and plumbing business. Dell had a vision...to provide something new, something better, with affordable, quality and friendly service to the Callaway County area. Dell started with a single service van, and begun to hand out fliers door to door with his daughters is hopes that the business would get up and going. It wasn't long before he started to receive calls, and once those customers had received work from Dell, they began to tell their friends and family, thus the business began!

Our Story

Hvac/ Lead plumbing Technician

Jeremy joined Cal-Air Mechanical in June of 2019. Jeremy has become a great member of the Cal-Air team and continues to grow his Hvac and plumbing knowledge.

Trainee/ Service and Install Tech

Lyle joined Cal-Air Mechanical in January on 2024 on a internship. Lyle was hired on full time in May of 2024 after his internship was complete.

The Next chapter

In 2010, Dell met his now wife, Brittani. In 2011 the couple were married and later welcome their daughter. After their daughter was born, they decided that staying home with their daughter would be for the best, and so in 2012, Brittani joined her husband dell in the business and began to work from home with him to help grow what he had started in 2005. In 2014 Dell and Brittani welcomed a son as well, to complete their now family of 7.

Big Changes

In the summer of 2016, Dell and Brittani began to look around at property in Fulton. After looking for a few months, Brittani located a fixer upper, right off the highway in town, they both knew that it would be a lot of work, but felt like it was the right move, and they decided to purchase the building! After a year+ long renovation, they were able to move the office and business out of their home and into their new and current location! Dell now has 3 service trucks, one for himself, and one for his employee Josh and his employee Jeremy.

Continue to grow

Since moving into their new location at 1104 W. 7th St. in Fulton, the business has continued to grow! Dell and Brittani look forward to serving Callaway County and all the surrounding areas with all their heating-cooling and plumbing needs. Cal-Air is big on giving friendly, quality, affordable service, and want their customers to be customers for life. Cal-Air is currently adding a sheet metal shop to their location, and look forward to updating everyone as soon as it is complete. UPDATE! Sheet metal shop complete Spring 2019!
